Covid largely determined which are the world's most livable cities this year: EIU

The pandemic affected the capacity of health-care systems to cope with a rise in the number of Covid-19 cases, says John Marrett from The Economist Intelligence Unit. He added that countries which locked down early to prevent the virus from spreading faired relatively better on the EIU's Global Liveability Index 2021.
